This meeting will follow up the discussions of previous meetings and would like to bring the following to discussion:

  • ICM meetings: issues of global concern (Harry Murphy, Klaus Miesenberger)
  • Activities around the globe: Inputs by participants (everybody)
  • Co-operation with industry and other stake holders:
In particular we would like to highlight one topic which has been outlined as an issue of particular importance during last meetings: Conferences are very often driven by R&D and academia. How could we enable a better co-operation and involvement with industry, both mainstream and AT, and other stakeholders like service providers, educators and policy makers? What are their expectations and how could their questions drive R&D.
We expect a different state of the art based on different approaches around the globe. This short discussion should help to better address this important issue by learning from each other and perhaps outlining a joint strategically statement.
  • Listing events including (everybody: own events and information about others)
  • Efficient cross marketing
